Zoning Board of Appeals

The Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) reviews all requests for variances from the requirements of the Village’s Zoning Ordinance and requests for interpretations of the Zoning Ordinance.

The ZBA meets on as needed basis at the Village of Fruitport DPW/office located at 45 N. Second Avenue, Fruitport, MI 49415. The Zoning Board of Appeals typically only meets when a zoning variance application has been received. The meetings are open to the public.
